About Axamba
Axamba Ltd was formed in 1999 to provide Consultancy and Internet
solutions to people and businesses, and has since grown to provide a
full range of access and hosting solutions under the Web Tapestry
brand, from Dial-up services to Co-location at several data centres
across the UK.
Our company focus has always been to provide a high level of customer
service. We are constantly reviewing the way we deal with customers to
stay relevant to their requirements. To that end, we opened a call
centre during 2002 to provide first line assistance to our customers
24 hours a day in order that calls be logged and escalated as
appropriate to the relevant department.
We also pride ourselves on the level of technical competence achieved
within our company, which has enabled us to provide stable, reliable
and resilient connectivity to our customers. It is with this that we
achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
In October 2002, Axamba opened a new office and data centre in The
Netherlands - marking our first venture out of the UK - to provide
high quality Internet services to the Dutch market.
In January 2003 Axamba acquired Essex based Recondite Solutions Ltd to
expand our consultancy and support coverage throughout the whole of
the UK and expand the range of technical services offered by the
company. |
